I caught up with Matty Galbraith, owner of Matty’s Barber Shop in Columbia Falls, recently, and he talked about barbering and his hobby of playing music from behind the barber’s chair during our chat. 

Matty said that he started barber school when he was sixteen. He got his license thirty years ago and started cutting hair in a family-run barbershop that opened in the 1950s.
