U.S. Senator Susan Collins met with Meredith Cherry, a Machias native, and her fiancé, Matt McLaughlin, in her Washington, D.C., office.  Meredith is the current Policy Director for the Maine Senate Majority Office and previously worked in the Senator’s D.C. office as the Assistant to the Chief of Staff.
