The county’s only residential drug recovery program, ARISE Addiction Recovery, will this weekend host its biggest fundraiser of the year, the popular ARISE Benefit Dinner & Dessert Auction, at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20, at the Lee Pellon Center in Machias.
