Poliquin: ACA repeal without replacement will not work

As the U.S. Senate began debate on health care in the last week of July, Congressman Poliquin announced he would not support a repeal of the ACA, the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare, without a viable alternative, a legislative path that was considered.
