Two Maine high speed internet companies merge

Bill Varney, CEO of Premium Choice Broadband and Andy Hinkley, President of Cornerstone Communications d/b/a MaineStream Internet, have announced the acquisition of Cornerstone and their interest in North Country Broadband by Premium Choice Broadband.
