Jonesport planning board, Kingfish pause, await answers from Maine DEP

The Jonesport planning board and Kingfish, the aquaculture company that wants to build a $110 million land-based fish farm on 94 acres on Chandler Bay, cut short their review of the project on September 29, ongoing since August, while all hands await answers to questions asked by the town board of the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) two weeks ago (see MVNO, September 28).
