Virginia Beal. Jonesboro

Virginia Carol (White) Beal, 82, passed peacefully June 9, 2017.

She was born July 2, 1934, the daughter of Clarence & Martha (Watts) White. She attended schools in Masons Bay and Jonesport and graduated from Jonesport High School Class of 1952. Later that month on June 26, 1952, she married Frederick Beal and they began their life as a US Coast Guard family.  In later years, Virginia has enjoyed time out with her sister Helen, socializing with friends at local eateries & church suppers.

Virginia is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Lenore & Earle Faulkingham; her sister Helen Snowdeal; sister-in-law Annie B. White; Grandchildren, Bobbie Jo & Troy Alley and children Kali, Kaci & Karli; Jason & Andrea Faulkingham and children Tyler, Hannah, Ethan & Nathan; & Cassie & Caleb Mitson and children Jacob & Landon; nieces and nephews, Holly & Rickey Beal and family;  Peter & Patty Snowdeal and family; Patricia Lewey and family; Jill & Eric Holmes and family; Carol & Tara Snowdeal; and Coral Snowdeal. Special family, Sharon & Sid Look and family; Billy & Jane Coffin and family and Veronica Parks. 

 Virginia was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Frederick; brother, Harold White; brother-in-law Morey Snowdeal and nephew Danny Snowdeal.

At Virginia’s request there will be no visiting hours or formal service.  Family and friends that wish, may make a donation in her memory to the Timothy Glenn Coffin Memorial Scholarship Fund, Machias Savings Bank, PO Box 318, 4 Center Street, Machias, ME. 04654, c/o Jennifer Tuell.
