Move Over, Olive Garden! Machias Board Approves Plans for Real Italian Restaurant
This house at 324 Main Street, Machias, was built in 1880 and will be part of a planned Italian Restaurant, according to a building permit approved by the town’s planning board on July 1. An extension and an addition to the house were recently torn down. Machias-based 4-Shore Construction is listed on the permit as the prime contractor for the renovations. (Paul Sylvain photo)
