Mills joins nations AGs requesting ability to hold pharmaceutical industry accountable

Attorney General Janet Mills joined the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) in a letter to congressional leaders, urging them to repeal a 2016 federal law so as to hold drug manufacturers and distributors responsible for the nation’s oversupply of pain killers (opioids).
