Area Residents ‘Let Freedom Ring’ on Constitution Day
Representatives of the Hannah Weston Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Machias and Machiasport historical societies gathered at Machias’s iconic Burnham Tavern to celebrate the signing of the United States Constitution Sept. 17.
